You may not enter into contract with us on behalf of an organization;
The use of our services are understood to be for individual purpose and only for your use, so that you might not pass it, sell it or trade it in any way to a third party;
You may not use the services in any manner that is illegal or prohibited;
Neither can use the services in a way to harm, damage, impair or overburden any other party; including, but not inclusive, us.
We will not be held responsible for factors beyond our means (force majeure), in the case of act of God, war, natural disaster, accident, death and so forth, we can be held responsible for the interruption of our services.
In the unlikely event of a dispute between the two parties, the courts of will be responsible for the arbitration regarding the cases arising from work solicited by you to us.
